Job Purpose:
This role is to assist with the development and integration of ESWIN’s product into customer devices. The primary aim of the role is to provide support to both colleagues and customers to ensure the optimal solution is achieved. This will take the form of testing and evaluating internal developments, directly supporting customer design-in activity as well as design and development of the tools required to integrate ESWIN’s product effectively.
Main Duties:
Ensure the smoothest possible integration of ESWIN’s product into the customer’s device
Provide a technical interface to customers both remotely and at their sites as required, this will involve international travel
Support regional application teams to be confident that they can support customers locally
Participate in product development as required within ESWIN UK
Provide the basis & content for product documentation
Provide constructive feedback from customers to help direct ESWIN future development to meet customer’s ever-changing needs
Project task coordination and planning
Provide timely status reports on projects to project management
Hardware/firmware design and development of tooling adhering to customer requirements (internal and external customers)

A good understanding of fundamental electrical theory
Capacitive touch experience is a huge benefit
Experience of firmware/software development
Experience with Electromagnetic Field Solver (e.g. Ansys) is an added advantage
Experience of scripting with Python
Electronic circuit design
Prototype development
Customer-facing experience
Open to work travel
The essential requirements:
BSc or BEng Electronics/Computer Science/Software Engineering (or a similar relevant subject)
3+ years post-graduate experience in engineering
Touch industry experience is advantageous.
